The day has arrived. Since planting the corn we have been waiting for this day. The corn is ready.

When I’m on my walk I often see a variety of birds flitting in front of me along the hedge.
I also see crows, rooks, pigeons, owls flying high overhead in the blue open sky of the Yorkshire Wolds.
The fields are lush with grassand corn.
