I have a lot of birds use a garden hedge as shelter. They seem to use the branches to roost inside all year as it is an evergreen.

Feeding bread to birds

Should we feed bread to birds?  There have been some reports that bread is bad for birds and not very nourishing.
Bread is high in carbohydrates but lowish in protein.

I know what it’s like to have squirrels at the bird tables.  Grey squirrels are a nuisance.  But should we cull them.  Some people think we should.  Other people think we shouldn’t.

Bird Photographs.
