After years and years of using wooden nest boxes I’m considering using a woodcrete nest box.

Now is a good time to buy a nest box as birds roost together in old nests or in nest boxes. They do this to help them survive and keep warm through the winter nights.
The roof should overhang the entrance hole to keep out rain.

I’m thinking of saving up and getting a bird box with a camera - for next year.

I’d like to give you some top tips about feeding birds and enjoying bird feeding -
Buy a bird box now. If you put a bird box up now it can be used by birds to overwinter in as a roost. It will mean the bird box will already be in place for the nesting season next year.
