Rooks and rookery

Something startled these rooks. They all flew out of the rookery at the same time. Don’t know what was inside the wooded area, but something must have been.
The sky was alive with the noise of all these rooks. They filled the sky as they swooped up and over the tree tops.

Here is a very short video of the rooks. I think the sound is better than the visual. I did not get many of the rooks on the video - they seemed to fly away as soon as I pointed the small video camera!
I know it’s not a very good video, but hey at least I had a go!
