Video of a squirrel proof bird feeder
Sep 25th, 2008 by Birdy Trish
Hi, Below is a short video of a really good bird feeder I bought. I’m just learning to use this video so sorry for the few seconds at the end where you see the path!!
Boring?! Well no. This feeder means a lot of smaller birds can feed in safety - away from predators. It also means the pesky squirrel can’t get at the peanuts
Just look how fat this squirrel is! When I took this photo of the squirrel it was sat a few feet away from the bird table and had been feeding from it. I don’t know how much of the bird food he had been squirrelling away when I wasn’t looking . That’s why I bought this peanut feeder - it’s for birds only
I see shadows of birds flitting on and off this feeder. I can’t see them very well as the leaves and branches hide my view. The same leaves and branches give shelter to all the garden birds that visit my feeders.
If you want to start feeding birds or are already feeding them then this is where you can READ THE CAGED PEANUT FEEDER REVIEW

PS Apologies there aren’t any birds in the video!
The technology of putting all this together is really interesting and annoying at the same time.
Hope you like the hidden bird feeder in the Yorkshire garden.
