Birds singing after feasting on a new fatball!
I had this great bird fatball recipe sent to me
The last batch I made up I used bird seed, crushed peanuts, cornflakes and a
few raisins.
To quote my wife “You’ve got a riot on the birdtable” was her comments.
Thanks for taking to trouble to share this with us. I tried this today. I mixed some peanut granules, crushed some cornflakes and sprinkled a few raising into an old metal container.
I then added some, cool melted lard to it. Divided it into ball shapes and put two in the garden. I only managed to do it today but i enjoyed doing it. It was satisfying to have put together some good birdfood from my kitchen.
They went down a treat.
