Having studied your pics as closely as possible it looks to me like a juvenile Blackbird and I think you may be right that it's beak is deformed. If that is the case,  the fact that it has survived and developed successfully so far will hopefully mean it can live a normal life but let's hope it never looks in a mirror! Thanks for Bird Table News I love reading it regularly and please don't think when there is no feedback that no one is visiting I'm sure there are many like myself who generally read but don't comment very often.
