Birds attracted to ground feeders

Bird Photographs.
Here are some photographs I’ve taken of birds at the meshed ground feeder. There is always a variety at the feeder, but it’ s so difficult to get a good photo.
Chaffinch leaving the meshed ground feeder
Robin enjoying the safety of the feeder
Blue Tit and a chaffinch at my bird ground feeder
Thrush or Blackbird enjoying a meal
I’ve had other birds as well - such as Great Tits
In July last year I left the ground feeder door open and a shy, stupid thrush appeared. Now thrushes and blackbirds are used to the feeder.
I also get a lot of sparrows flitting in and out, but no photos of them I’m afraid.

I live on a farm. A member of the RSPB comes and surveys the different birds he sees in the fields, which he then puts into a report. A year ago today - 17th June 2007 a RSPB Survey note
