Cheers. I still haven't got a nest box camera , but am going to get a new bird box to put up so will get a handykam this year (maybe for a Christmas present!). I did get a digital recorder though and, after years of just listening to the birds singing, am having a go at recording them. Recording them singing is helping me learn which bird is singing - which is great 'cos so often I can hear them but can't see a single bird!- A nest box camera will give loads of info as well won't it. We got a camera kit and fitted it to an existing nest box. They even supply the windows to allow light in so you can see the birds in colour by day and black and white a night. It is so much fun.
