National Nest Box Week is a campaign to inspire and motivate you to put up a nest box and create an area near your home for birds to nest.
National Nest box week is launched every year on February 14th by the British Trust for Ornithology so we can all celebrate National Nest Box Week and buy a nest box now.
The one aim of National Nest Box Week is to encourage everyone to put up nest boxes to help our breeding birds
Some birds will be looking for nest sites now.
Putting up nest boxes really helps birds and the sight of young birds always lifts the spirits.

It can get a little mad here sometimes - We seem to help birds in other ways as well. When our dog starts to mount, if we brush her outside we see the local birds fly off with the soft dog’s hair to line their nests.
